What you'll do
- Find candidates through job portals, social media and referrals.
- Speak with candidates and understand their fit.
- Coordinate interviews and trials with outlet managers.
- Stay connected with candidates until they join.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Keep the talent pipeline ready for current and upcoming openings.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Hospitality or restaurant recruitment experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfort with high-volume hiring.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Energy, ownership and the attitude to get things done.
